The campaigns are running, the ROAS looks acceptable, but sales aren’t growing as they should. GA4 shows different numbers from Meta. The attribution doesn’t add up. At the end of the month you can’t say for sure what worked, so you don’t know what to scale.
When I open an account, I don’t only look at the campaigns. I look at the system: where the traffic comes from, how it’s tracked, what happens on the site, where users drop off before converting, how much margin is left. Advertising, data, automation and strategy affect each other. Treating them as separate silos is the quickest way to waste budget.
There’s no account manager summarising someone else’s work. There’s one senior point of contact with direct access to your data, and a concrete diagnosis before any proposal. If the problem is the campaign, we work on the campaign. If the problem is the funnel, we say so straight away, even if that’s not why you contacted me.
